How Does This Work?

Step 1: Fill out the form on the Contact page. Please note, I currently have a waitlist, but please don’t be discouraged to reach out as things can change quickly and I can also provide great trainer recommendations if I’m unavailable.

Step 2: If I have availability, I will arrange a brief chat with you (generally via Facetime or phone call) to talk more in depth about your goals. This is also an opportunity for us to get to know each other and ensure we will be a good match.

Step 3: We will have a free, 60 minute intro session at my home or yours, depending on where we will be training. This is for you/me to get familiar with the space, perform some basic movement assessments and discuss next steps.

Step 4: If we are a good match, we decide on days/times we will meet. I try to keep these consistent week to week, but understand life happens which means rescheduling happens (on my part too!) See the Pricing tab for more details.

Every single workout is written from scratch and never repeated for you or another client. This is PERSONAL training customized to YOUR needs.
